How do I set up my E-mail address?

Firstly, simply go to our Sign Up page and fill in the email address you wish to use for the reminder service, and select "Save." An account will be setup for you. You will then get a generated password in your email within a few minutes, and then you can use this password from that point on, or change the password to whatever you'd like to use to send messages to your address. NOTE: Passwords are case sensitive.

How to set up a Bernie's Pet Reminder.

Go to Bernie's Pet Reminders page pick the date, time and timezone for your reminder, enter your E-mail address and password, then enter the event name and any message you'd like to attach to it. If the date and time you enter is before the today's date and time, a reminder will be sent out (almost) immediately.

Advanced Options.

Advanced Options enable you to set recurring reminders, such as monthly worming reminders, or yearly vaccination reminders. And if you wish, you can also set your reminder to warn you in advance.

To be reminded 7 days in advance about a vaccination etc.

You should tick the box on the advance notice section, and select seven from the drop down list.

Other things you should know.

You can change your password and list pending reminders via the "Account Options" page off of the Bernie's Pet Reminders page.
